OFFER AND NEGOTIATION

As we receive offers, our expert team helps you decipher each one and make a solid decision based on intangibles within the offer.

UNDER CONTRACT

CONGRATS! This is a big milestone as we now begin our journey to closing and you begin packing up your home!
